Attend 1st Sat session with Agnes teaching us, this is indeed a great experience as she is patience, knowledgeable and friendly! I have slightly tight upper back and neck. Agnes is gentle with her moves to assist me to get my pose right though is not perfect yet. She is encouraging so I have no pressure to learn my baby steps! Thumb up! Afterwhich, I have a 15 mins fat burnout elliptical trainer with infrared red lights therapy! This is really detox and I love it to the max!!
